Continue to Parque Forestal, inspired by the Champs Elysees in Paris. See the Fine Arts Museum and Santa Lucia Hill, where the city was founded in 1541. Then climb San Cristobal hill for a panoramic view of the city with the magnificent Andes Mountains in the background. The journey continues through steppes and Patagonia scrub, full of abundant wild life and herds of sheep, up to Torres del Paine National Park. In the park, a large variety of native fauna, especially large herds of guanacos, can be observed. Visit the Salto Grande of the Pehoe River, with the impressive mountain massif of Torres del Paine in the background. Continue to visit Lake Pehoe, Lake Grey and Grey Glacier.
