Day 1 - Depart USA
Board your overnight flight. Depending on your flight schedule youmay arrive in Lima on Day 1 in the late evening.

Day 2 - Arrive in Lima, Peru
You will be met and transferred to your hotel, where your room isready for check-in. This afternoon, your vacation begins with aspecial visit to the "Casa Diez Canseco," the private home of theDiez Canseco family. A guided tour shows you the house, plus youwill hear stories of Spanish conquerors and Peruvian Presidents,all family ancestors. Savor a "Be My Guest" home-cooked Peruvianmeal before heading out for a city tour. See colonial sights suchas the Plaza San Martin, the Cathedral and the Municipal Palace.Then visit the Church of San Francisco, with its unique woodencupola over the imperial staircase and underground catacombs. On toMiraflores, full of shops and restaurants. Stop in the district ofSan Isidro on the way back to the hotel, where the evening is free.(Breakfast / Be My Guest lunch)Hotel: San Agustin Exclusive Hotel

Day 3 - Lima - Cuzco - Sacred Valley
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cuzco. Upon arrival,head into the beautiful Sacred Valley. Stop at the Pisac Market,where there is time to bargain for Peruvian handicrafts. Thencontinue on to Ollantaytambo, a typical Inca community. Toweringabove the town there is the huge Inca fortress, also calledOllantaytambo. Steep stone terraces rising from the edge of thetown lead up to the fortress ruins at the top of the hill. There istime to admire the ruins and the town before dinner at your hotel.(Breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Pakaritampu Hotel

Day 4 - Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu
Transfer to the train station for your Vistadome Valley trainjourney to Machu Picchu. "The Lost City of the Incas" was builtabout 1450 and abandoned one hundred years later. It was declared aUNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983, and is one of the New SevenWonders of the World. You will have time to explore the ruins onyour own after a guided walking tour. (Breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Hatuchay Tower On the train to Machu Picchu, only hand luggage can be taken.Your main suitcase will be transferred to Cuzco and stored.

Day 5 - Machu Picchu - Cuzco (2 nights)
Return to Machu Picchu for last impressions of the magnificentruins. You are free to stroll at your own pace, or perhaps hikeWayna Picchu. Later, travel by train and coach to Cuzco, where yourevening is free. (Breakfast) Hotel: Eco Inn Cuzco

Day 6 - Cuzco
Cuzco is a city enveloped in myth and legend. With a history ofmore than 3,000 years, it is one of the oldest existing cities inthe Americas. Traces of its Incan and Spanish heritage can still beseen today. A morning city tour shows you Cuzco''s most importantlandmarks, including the Inca street of Loreto, which is made of 12cornered stones, the Temple of the Sun called Ahuajpinta and theCathedral. Continue on to visit the Inca ruins of Sacsayhuaman, theshrines of Kenqo Tambomachay and more. The afternoon is at leisure.Tonight, relish a Farewell Dinner and folklore show at a localrestaurant. (Breakfast / Farewell dinner)

Day 7 - Cuzco - Lima
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima. The balance of theday is free. (Breakfast)Hotel: San Agustin Exclusive Hotel

Day 8 - Lima - Quito (2 nights)
Fly to Quito. You will be transferred to your hotel, where yourevening is free. (Breakfast) Hotel: Mercure Grand Hotel Alameda

Day 9 - Quito
On a morning tour, see Quito''s colonial quarter, a World HeritageCultural Site. You will also stop at the Equatorial Monument, whichmarks the middle of the world. Your afternoon is free. (Breakfast)

Day 10 - Quito - Baltra Island - Santa Cruz Island
Fly to Baltra, one of the remote Galapagos Islands, then transferto your ship, the M/V Santa Cruz. This afternoon, a panga ridethrough mangrove swamps reveals boobies, frigates and pelicans.Disembark for an easy hike to Dragon Hill, where you will see landiguanas and a variety of birds. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 11 - Bartholome Island - Santiago Island
Bartholome Island is best known for its volcanic features. After ashort hike, delight in the view. Next, stop in a cove with a chancefor snorkeling. Perhaps, ride on a glass bottom boat. Thisafternoon visit Santiago Island with it''s black beach and dramaticrock formations. Keep an eye open for fur sea lions, marine iguanasand oystercatchers. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 12 - Tower Island - North Seymour Island
Disembark at Rabida Island for a stroll. Here you can see marineiguanas, sea lions, yellow warblers and more. This afternoon,cruise to North Seymour Island, home to sea lions, marine iguanas,blue-footed boobies and frigate birds. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 13 - Santa Fe Island - Santa Cruz Island
Take a bus ride to the highlands of Santa Cruz to see the island''sgiant tortoises in their wild habitat. After lunch, visit theCharles Darwin Research Station and the rearing in captivityprogram for giant tortoises. Then there is time to browse in thehandicraft shops. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 14 - San Cristobal Island / Depart Guayaquil
Disembark at Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Visit the InterpretationCenter that focuses on the history and wildlife of the area. Laterfly to Guayaquil to connect with your homebound flight. (Do notschedule your flight before 5 p.m.) (Breakfast)

Day 15 - Arrive home
